Job Overview

Position: Personal Assistant (part‑time)

Hours: 3 hours per week, flexible – discuss at interview.

Salary: £14.60 per hour, paid weekly.

This role is offered by DEWIS Centre for Independent Living on behalf of a third party and is not a direct employment with DEWIS.

Responsibilities

• Keep the applicant safe while in the community.
• Accompany the applicant to places of their choice, including shopping, art classes, and other activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Reliable, punctual, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality.
• Enjoys similar activities such as music, shopping, and cultural outings.
• Patient and easy‑going.
• Full driving licence preferably, with business use licence if possible.

Desirable Qualities

• Good sense of humour.
• Enjoys music and shopping.
