Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, talented, and energetic Chef de Partie (All-Rounder) to join our culinary brigade at an upscale, 4-star luxury safari lodge. Nestled within a Big 5 game reserve, our property delivers top-tier hospitality and deeply personalised dining experiences to local and international guests.
As a CDP, you will play a critical role in managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring that everything from traditional South African flavours to modern international cuisine is executed to the highest fine-dining standards. Because of our unique setting, you will be responsible for executing diverse dining setups, including meals in our main dining room, outdoor lawn lunches, traditional boma dinners, and bush events.
