This opportunity would suit a qualified Architect who has been undertaking CDM Principal Designer responsibilities and now wants to progress into a fully focused CDM Principal Designer position. The practice delivers projects across commercial, healthcare, residential and mixed‑use sectors, with scheme values exceeding £150m.

They are seeking an Architect who is confident integrating health and safety into the design process, ensuring risks are considered, challenged and reduced from the earliest project stages.
