Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CDM Principal Designer to join a well-established, highly respected independent consultancy in the built environment sector. The role is based in the North West and offers an exciting opportunity for a confident H&S professional to take ownership, influence design teams, and play a key role in delivering safe, compliant, and well‑managed projects across the residential sector, with exposure to heritage, education, and leisure.

The Role

You will support multiple project teams in meeting their CDM and wider health & safety obligations, while also leading on CDM‑focused projects.
