* Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

* $8,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
* $4,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
