*Average pay:* $1,200-$1,470 weekly
*Home time:* Weekly
*Experience:* All CDL holders
Overview
* Haul 100% no-touch freight with reefer and dry van trailers.
* 7-8 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load.
* Drive within IA, IL, IN and WI.
Pay and bonus potential
* Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
* Weekly performance pay.
* $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
* $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
* Paid orientation.
* Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
* Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications
* Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
* Live within 100 miles of Sterling, IL.
