Context, challenges of the department
The Advanced Technologies Process department develops new manufacturing processes, technologies, and ingredients to support Danone’s growth. This includes liquid product production, concentration and centrifugation, extraction and filtration, and Ingredient Development. The department also promotes a scientific approach to ingredient & process development.
The Milk and Dairy Ingredients team missions are:
Providing world-class expertise in dairy milk, milk fractions, and dairy ingredients (composition, functionality, process, application, and cost).
