CDD - M&A Tax Manager - 12 months - (M/F)

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered. 

• A Tax Law Master’s degree, LLM, DJCE or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A and International Tax, demonstrating strong expertise in transactional tax; experience in Corporate is a plus.
• Solid grounding in corporate & international tax, tax treaties, EU directives.
• Exposure to transfer pricing and experience with Pillar Two.

Soft Skills 

• Analytical and curious, with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working on complex and cross-border tax matters.
• Written & oral communication skills
• Familiar with IT tools (excel, BI, power automate…)
• English fluent (Spanish language is a plu...
