CCTV & Compliance Operator

We are looking for a highly responsible and proactive CCTV & Compliance Operator to join our team. This role goes beyond simply monitoring CCTV - you will play a vital part in ensuring food safety, health & safety compliance, and overall site standards are maintained. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting food safety breaches, health & safety near misses, and any other incidents across the site. Using CCTV footage and in-person walkarounds, you will investigate incidents, compile reports, and liaise closely with management to ensure swift action is taken.

• Monitor CCTV footage to identify food safety issues, health & safety risks, and other compliance concerns.
• Investigate incidents by reviewing footage, capturing evidence, and forwarding to relevant managers.
• Conduct regular site walkarounds to observe and report on compliance in the same areas.
• Produce clear, accurate reports for management at the end of each shift.
