**At least 2 years of strong Cath Lab experience required.**
Our Cath Lab team shares call responsibilities in a structured rotation to ensure coverage and fairness. On average, RNs take approximately 15 call days per month, including 1–2 weekends.
While call frequency is higher, **actual callback volume is low** , helping maintain work-life balance.
Must live within 30 minutes of Northeast Regional.
