Chef – Dean Trust Rose Bridge, Wigan

Term‑time only role, no weekends. Compensation: £13.50 per hour for 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
• Ensure all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately.
• Support line manager with day‑to‑day running of the location, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.
• Enhance the company’s reputation for excellent food and service, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Obtain an enhanced DBS disclosure as part of safeguarding and welfare commitments.
