Job Description

The Department of Corrections NZ invites applications for a Full-time, permanent Catering & Laundry Instructor role in Invercargill. You''ll provide direct supervision and practical training in a commercial kitchen setting, supporting NZQA qualifications and a laundry operation within the Internal Services team. 
Instructors receive the same initial training as Corrections Officers, with on-site work and residential training at the National Learning Centre in Upper Hutt.
