The Opportunity

We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Catering (Kitchen) Assistant (Back-of-House) within our Perth Operations team. This is a Back-of-House (BOH) catering role working directly with the Chef in supporting our catering operations.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Chef with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and sorting ingredients.
• Performing general kitchen hand duties, including cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and workspaces.
