Catering Assistant

£14,410 to £15,103 per annum

Term time only (39 weeks per year), 25 hours per week (Mon‑Fri, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm)

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up the servery counters for lunch.
• Carry out general daily cleaning of the kitchen.
• Support the Catering Supervisor/Manager with academy hospitality functions.
• Work both as part of a team and independently, making sound decisions.
• Operate IT equipment, e.g., tills.

Qualifications & Skills

• Flexible and committed individual.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer care skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Experience operating IT equipment such as tills.
