We are hiring Catering Assistant / Chef (Hospitality / kitchen)

Location : Marham

• Proven track record as a Chef or Catering Assistant managing high-volume food services, daytime/evening hospitality functions, bar operations, and basic reception or accommodation duties.
• Experience in accurate cash handling, profit protection, inventory control (stock-taking procedures), and delivering high-quality customer service in a secure environment.
• Competence in multi-temperature food preparation, strict adherence to UK Food Safety/Health & Safety legislation, safe systems of work, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and PPE compliance.
• Proficiency in basic IT systems for data input, administrative tasks, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) as directed by local orders.
