Job Summary:
Will be in charge of sales strategy development for a set of brands within a related category or categories. He/She sets the strategic direction that a category/brand will take and plans for category activities for execution by the Customer and Distributor Teams.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing or Business-related courses
- With at least 8 year working experience in sales or marketing. Extensive work experience in Trade Marketing an advantage
- Has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the FMCG business and categories
- Efficient oral and written communication skills, Effective Negotiation Skills
- Systematic, creative, honest and diligent
