As a Category Manager, you'll own your category end-to-end, from sourcing and pricing to sales, margins, and net profit. This role offers real ownership, accountability, and impact.

What You'll Own (End-to-End Accountability)

You'll act as the CEO of your category, responsible for:

• Sourcing & buying decisions
• Pricing, discounting & margin management
• Gross margin, contribution margin & net profit
• COGS control and markdown optimization

Sales & Performance

• Drive category sales across online and retail channels
• Forecast demand and set monthly targets
• Track sell-through, conversion rates, ROI, and performance metrics
