Category Manager - FP On (Buying)

This role will be leading a category within the Ecommerce products team. Responsible for driving significant growth in category Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and margin. This role demands a strategic focus on customer-centricity and achievement of key performance indicators within your categories including improving market share, customer satisfaction (NPS).

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve category GMV and margin growth targets.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with customer needs, through providing what the customer wants in terms of assortment and value
