Position Overview
International Motors is hiring a Category Lead – MRO to manage multiple product categories within the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) environment across all plants in both Mexico and the United States. These MRO items primarily include consumables required to support the production process.
The Category Lead – MRO will execute the strategic sourcing plan, leveraging purchasing volumes to drive cost efficiencies and optimize supplier performance. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors across both regions, ensuring reliable supply, competitive pricing, and alignment with operational requirements.
