The Category Business Associate is a high-ownership role at the intersection of category P&L management and strategic transformation, responsible for shaping the long-term direction, profitability, and competitive positioning of the category.

This role partners closely with Category, Finance and Sales leadership to drive strategic planning, margin expansion, growth acceleration, and structural capability building.

The position combines structured problem-solving, commercial rigor, and cross-functional leadership to influence high-stakes decisions across pricing, portfolio, channel, and investments
