The Wardens work proactively to improve student‑community relations and make Durham a considerate, safer, and more sustainable place to live. These are casual positions with flexible working arrangements, typically 5 hours per week during term time, with additional discretionary hours during busier periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to students living in privately rented properties on how to be good neighbours, including managing noise levels, disposing of waste, recycling, and positive citizenship.
