This is a hybrid role, involving duties of both Doorman and Porter.  

Position Scope:

You will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for provising a warm & friendly welcome.  You will assist guests with services including luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests, rooming guests on arrival, parking guest cars, driving resort vehicles, answer guest questions and resolve any guest problems in a friendly and obliging manner.

• Take requests for Shuttles (transportation for guests within the resort) and action them.
• Advise guests on the local area (tourism or business locations, sights or events)
• Greet and welcome guests and direct them to Reception where you are to introduce the guest by name to the Receptionist.
