The role: An exciting Casual opportunity has arisen for 2 candidates experienced in general maintenance repairs & gardening, to join the team the Maintenance team at ACH Group’s Residential Care Homes in both our Northern and Southern regions.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure the safety of staff, customers and visitors through the performance of maintenance tasks
• Perform various preventative and unplanned maintenance & gardening tasks
• Ensure work undertaken is compliant and to the relevant standard
• Paint preparation and painting
• Maintain up to date documentation
• Pruning, mulching, mowing of lawns and edging
• Blowing and cleaning areas
• Weed control - spraying and manual weeding
• Provide outstanding customer service to all ACH Group customers
• Participate on the on-call roster
