Casual Golf Retail Assistant

Position Purpose 

The Golf Retail Assistant will be the first point of contact for customers, offering expert advice on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. You will assist in the shop's daily operations, from managing stock to handling transactions. You will also be adept at using the tee sheet system to make and manage golf bookings. This position is available April - September 2025. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide exceptional, knowledgeable, and friendly service to customers, offering assistance with product selection, answering inquiries, and offering golf-related advice

• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of golf products, including balls, clothing, shoes, and accessories, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
