Responsibilities

• The role of a Food and Beverage Assistant involves preparing food and beverage service areas to Hand Picked Hotels standards, ensuring high standards of presentation are always maintained.
• Maintain knowledge of food menu items and availability, including main ingredients, allergens and preparation style.
• Offer accurate and enticing product descriptions with recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Work enthusiastically alongside team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Maintain basic knowledge of the wine list and stock availability.
