Casual Events Assistant

Durham. Contract: Casual. Salary: £12.71 per hour. Hours: per week.

One of eighteen first‑class county clubs within the domestic cricket structure of England and Wales, we cater for a variety of events throughout the year—from corporate and private meetings to match days. With a range of Food & Beverage outlets, we offer attendees a fun day out.

We are looking for a customer‑focused casual events assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious client locations in Durham .

Duties To Include

• Assist in the setup of event spaces, including arranging seating, setting up equipment, and preparing the venue for the event.
• Provide assistance to event attendees, including guiding them to their seats, answering basic questions, and offering general help.
• After events, participate in cleanup activities, which may include clearing tables, removing debris, and restoring the venue to its original condition.
