Engage residents at Pinegrove Place in Richmond, BC as a Casual Activity Worker. You'll lead fun programs, foster relationships, and support community outings with residents.
Pinegrove Place is seeking Casual Activity Workers to enrich lives at our long-term care home. As an integral part of the recreation team under the Recreation Manager, you’ll work alongside art and music therapists, as well as volunteers. This role includes planning recreation activities and personal engagement with residents during activities and community outings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and facilitate engaging recreation programs
• Foster one-on-one relationships with residents
• Drive and assist on community outings with the bus
• Collaborate with other therapists and entertainment providers
• Ensure resident choices are prioritized in activities
