Promote the Player’s Club and its benefits to guests. Promote enrollment in Player’s Club to eligible guests, carded, and tracked players. Implement promotions and help facilitate special events and entertainment. Assist guests and distribute information about casino activities to guests. Meet and greet customers upon arrival. Monitor machines within assigned area for security and condition. Make announcements and maintain information regarding casino promotions, entertainment, and events.
