We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Cashier to manage all customer transactions at the point of sale. The role requires accuracy in cash handling, strong integrity, and excellent customer service skills in a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Handling & Transactions

• Process customer payments accurately using POS systems

• Handle cash, mobile money and card payments

• Issue receipts for all transactions

• Ensure accuracy in daily cash collection

2. Daily Reconciliation

• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts

• Reconcile sales against POS reports

• Report any discrepancies immediately to management

3. Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers professionally

• Respond to customer inquiries politely and efficiently

• Ensure a smooth checkout experience
