Job Summary

To maintain customer service standards, responsible for overseeing the Cashier Department and processing transactions, including cash, credit, and debit, according to the POS system. Assist the Chief Cashier in supervising and training cashiers to ensure store policies and procedures are maintained. Monitor front-end activities where cashiers are working, minimize loss prevention, and address customer concerns in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate POS IDs for the Assistant Chief Cashier (ACC) and cashiers when authorized and verified by the Chief Cashier (CC)
• Assist in preparing cash floats and distributing them to all cashiers, ensuring sufficient small notes and loose change (coins) when authorized by the Chief Cashier (CC)
