Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide friendly service
• Scan, bag, and process purchases or services
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges when necessary
• Maintain accurate cash register balances and perform end-of-shift reconciliations
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information on products, promotions, or store policies
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required)
• Experience: Prior experience in retail, customer service, or cashiering is a plus but not always required
• Skills:
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
