Cash & Reconciliation Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash & Reconciliation Specialist to manage accurate end-to-end reconciliations across multiple registries and accounts within a Superannuation fund. This role involves cash management for Trust and Fund Accounts, working with large datasets, and using advanced spreadsheet and reconciliation tools to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.

You will maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, document processes, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The role also focuses on continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.

This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney and offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum three days per week in the office or at client sites, and the option to work from home for up to two days.
