As our next Cash Application Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately posting and reconciling customer payments in a timely manner to support our finance operations. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Apply payments to customer accounts promptly
• Ensure cash is posted within two business days of receipt
• Identify overpayments/refunds and alert the collections team
• Reconcile and balance payment batches
• Investigate unapplied or unidentified payments
• Prepare and post adjustments with appropriate approvals
