Cash and Carry Clerk

**Brief role description**

Provide excellent customer service with varying essential tasks on a daily basis. Engaged in selling groceries.

**Essential Functions**

+ Excellent Customer Service Skills
+ Assist Customers in store and on phone
+ Work together with co-workers daily
+ Operate cash registers & POS system
+ Downpack food product and stock inventory daily
+ Conduct inventory cycle counts on a quarterly basis
+ Assist in the training of store personnel
+ Work with management to resolve obstacles associated with products, services, etc.
+ Give and provide assistance for customers on computer and throughout store
+ General Housekeeping
+ Adhere to all safety standards/procedures
+ Assist with other duties as assigned

**Education**

High school degree or equivalent.

**Minimum Experience**

Minimum 1 year of high-volume cash handling and processing experience.
