Case Worker

The Mental Health Caseworker will deliver holistic, person-centred support within a supported accommodation setting, enabling individuals to manage mental health and emotional well-being challenges. The role is focused on promoting resilience, developing essential life skills, and supporting progress toward independent living. Central to this purpose is applying trauma-informed practice, relationship-based approaches, and recovery principles to ensure tenancy sustainment and successful community integration.

The post holder will work collaboratively with residents, colleagues, and external partners to ensure tenancy sustainment, recovery-focused support, and community integration.
