Your new role

As a Case Support Worker you will have a varied role which involves supporting the smooth running of the program with everyday tasks such as setting up and cleaning up the space between scheduled visits, managing and maintaining resources, and logistical support.  Depending on experience, Case Support workers may supervise and record family contact visits, coaching parents to meet their child’s needs.
