Case Manager

Description We are looking for a compassionate and organized Case Manager to support formerly homeless adults in San Francisco, California through a Contract position. This role combines hands-on client support, community-based outreach, and administrative coordination, making it ideal for someone with strong computer skills, excellent customer service, and comfort working throughout the Tenderloin area. The successful candidate will help residents maintain stable housing, connect with essential services, and navigate daily challenges with dignity and consistency.

Responsibilities:
