This contract position focuses on delivering hands-on case management, coordinating supportive services, and building trusting relationships with tenants who may be navigating mental health, substance use, or medical challenges. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative skills, sound judgment in sensitive situations, and a commitment to helping individuals achieve housing stability and personal goals.
