Become a Case Manager Registered Nurse with Assisted Living Alberta in Flagstaff. This position blends nursing and leadership skills to improve the well-being of patients in your community.
As part of the Home Nursing team, you’ll assess client needs and facilitate care with an interdisciplinary approach. Your focus will include developing dynamic care plans, ensuring timely referrals, and managing both patient education and support services for families.
