Job Overview

Full‑time, permanent and fixed‑term ending 30 June 2027, based at the Invercargill Service Centre. This role is a frontline Case Manager who supports New Zealanders navigating employment, housing and financial challenges and connects them to appropriate services.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support clients in accessing income, training and employment after loss of work.
• Assist families with housing options and coordinate follow‑ups.
• Encourage digital self‑service and build confidence in online tools.
• Manage a busy caseload across multiple systems while maintaining accurate notes.
• Refer clients to external providers and collaborate with others.
• Participate in team meetings to reflect, troubleshoot and support colleagues.
