WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Elder Services Case Aide is a non-exempt position responsible for supporting the Case Manager, Assistant Program Director, and Program Director.
Assist with processing authorizations at the direction of the Case Manager
Assist with resolving service delivery problems as needed at the direction of the Case Manager
Assist with evaluating client eligibility for programs, including assistance with Medicaid eligibility, when appropriate
Complete and submit accurate and timely documentation, including but not limited to maintaining client records
Assist with internal file monitoring
Provide clerical and client records support
