Job Description

                Function Patient services Facility Position Case Administrator | Maternity Unit | Fixed Term Introduction A vacancy exists for a Maternity Case Administrator based at Life Beacon Bay Hospital, reporting to the Patient Services Manager. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for care coordination administrative functions during a low and high-risk antenatal maternity journey as well as the post-partum journey as part of the Little Life Integrated Care Product (LLICP). 
The function will manage onboarding and offboarding of patients to the LLICP, track patient compliance to antenatal care plans and assume a key liaison role between the OBGYN’s in a facility and the little life maternity clinic. The Fixed term position will be until 31 August 2026.
 Critical Outputs Communication & Liaison
Communicate with doctors practice regarding referrals, completion of the forms for risk change.

Liaison between the midwife and the doctors.
