Position Summary  

The Carside Server Exceeds Expectations by serving food and beverages to guests while accommodating the guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner following Applebee’s Basic Service Steps and Carside Service Standards. The Carside Server fosters a culture aligned with the TSFR Roadmap, including Our Core Purpose, Vision, Mission and Core Values.

Essential Job Functions

Primary Duties:

• Greets guests and interacts with every guest to create a friendly upbeat work environment
• Familiarize guests with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested
• Take guests orders either in person on via phone and input them correctly in the POS 
• Delivers food and beverages to guests either in their vehicle or in the dining room
• Pre bus table, re-stock and re-set working area and sweep to keep it clean and comfortable
