As a Carrier Sales Representative, you'll develop and grow carrier partnerships, negotiate competitive rates using market data and sharp instincts, and deliver real-time shipment updates that keep customers confident while collaborating across teams to solve problems before they escalate.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to stay organized under pressure, and a solutions-focused mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; logistics experience is a plus.
