Xpress digital and automated systems.
Trailer management- contribute to the balancing of trailer networks by leveraging carrier relationships and maintaining accurate system data.
Monitor carrier performance to maintain high level service.
Utilize carrier network and relationships to grow book of business to meet the demands of our customers.
Work with internal teams to resolve issues for carrier partners and customers.
Manage communication/documentation for Carriers in our systems.
Gather and communicate market information about the supply and demand of capacity in the marketplace to understand market conditions and lane rates
Sourcing new business opportunities- vetting via internal/external data and providing market feedback to strategic procurement team
