Carpentry Supervisor at Apres Restaurant LLC

The Carpentry Supervisor oversees and coordinates carpentry crews on construction sites in the UAE, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with UAE Federal Decree‑Law No. 33 of 2021 (Labour Law) , MOHRE regulations, and relevant municipality/civil defense building codes (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi DMT, Trakhees, or local authority equivalent).

• Plan, assign, and supervise daily tasks for carpentry crews, including framing, formwork, finishing, and joinery/installation work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with UAE building codes and approved authority drawings (DM, ADM, DCD, Trakhees, etc.).
• Ensure all work meets local municipality regulations, UAE Fire and Life Safety Code , and project‑specific QA/QC standards.
