Job Description

We are looking for experienced Journeyman carpenters who previously served as foremen or want to step into a foreman role.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Assisting the Superintendent on site with site coordination
• Mentoring carpenters and apprentices
• Maintaining quality control
• Organizing daily manpower tasks
• Handling daily paperwork
• Overseeing subtrades
• Stepping in when the superintendent is unavailable
• Promoting a safety culture
