**Job Description**

This role supports a large student housing dormitory construction project by performing a wide range of carpentry and general construction tasks that keep the project on schedule. You will work closely with the superintendent and project team to complete both rough and finish carpentry, assist with installations, and help bring the project to a high-quality finish on an active university campus.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general carpentry work including framing, blocking, backing, and layout for new construction.
+ Execute rough and finish carpentry tasks such as trim work, cabinetry-related work, and general build-out activities.
+ Assist with installation of doors, hardware, trim, and miscellaneous finish work throughout the project.
+ Install and work with metal studs, formwork, and other structural components as needed.
