**What You’ll Do:**

+ Lead and complete **apartment renovation projects**
+ **Perform framing, drywall, trim, and finish carpentry**
+ **Repair/install doors, cabinets, flooring**
+ **Read blueprints and manage layouts**
+ **Handle basic electrical & plumbing tasks**

**What You Need:**

+ Strong carpentry experience (rough & finish)
+ Blueprint reading skills
+ Experience with hand & power tools
+ Leadership or foreman experience preferred
+ Must have own tools and transportation
