Full‑time permanent position located at 1519 Longley Cres, Kelowna, BC, V1P 1N1.

Salary: $36.60 per hour for 30–40 hours per week. Start date: as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to understand requirements.
• Measure and calculate material quantities.
• Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other materials such as fiberglass according to measurements.
• Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings using raw materials or pre‑constructed items.
• Fit and install trim items such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware.
• Lay out flooring, roofing or drywall ensuring they are level and compatible.
• Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance of tools.
• Build scaffolding and other construction structures.
